והפעם בפינתנו "אלוהי הדברים הקטנים", ח'ח לפיצ'ר ול UX Copy של כפתור ה'לשתף ולהתייעץ', בתזרים התקציב החודשי במערכת רייזאפ. הבנת צורך משתמש פר אקסלנס. ולמה?
הקופי, ברור וקולע יותר מסתם שיתוף. למה לי לשתף תזרים אישי אם לא כדי להתייעץ לגביו? ההדגשה של זה, במקום אייקון סתמי של שיתוף, מביא לנו רעיון ברור לצורך חדש שאולי לא חשבנו עליו.
הביצוע: 10/10. מצד אחד, נשארים בתהליך עם קונבנציית השיתוף הרגילה, שכולם מכירים. מאדך, כפתור קטן, של העתק תמונה, מאפשר בלי סיבוך ובלי צורך להכניס אף אחד לאפליקציה, להתייעץ במהירות לגבי התזרים עם החברים, או משפחה.
בהקשר הזה, בא לי לחשוב פה על פרסונות ותרחישים בין קואוצ'ר מומחה להתנהלות פיננסית לבין הלקוחות שלו. קהל יעד מקצועי שיכול אולי להשתמש בזה, בנוסף. מעניין אילו פיצ'רים נוספים אפשר להוסיף במיוחד לקהלים האלה
